11.5 Right to Erasure. 11.9 60jl will respond to verified data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. For complex requests, this period may be extended by up to an additional 30 days, with notification provided to you within the initial 30-day window.
12.1 The 60jl platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino and gambling activities in the Philippines. 60jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
12.2 Age verification is conducted through 60jl's KYC process for all registered accounts. Where age verification reveals that a registered player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation, and any accumulated winnings may be forfeited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
12.3 Any personal data collected from an individual subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be deleted as soon as practicable following the discovery and account suspension, subject only to any retention obligations imposed by applicable Philippine law.

14.2 Marketing communications are delivered via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or email to your registered address. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

16.1 60jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, platform operations, or data processing practices. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
16.2 Material changes to this Policy — those that significantly affect how 60jl collects, uses, or shares your personal data, or that reduce your data rights — will be communicated to registered players via on-site notification and, where practicable, by email to the registered address, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the change takes effect.
