3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Account balances will not be reduced below zero through inactivity fees.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.5 Promotion Availability. 60jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.
5.6 Maximum Winnings from Bonus Funds. Unless expressly stated otherwise, maximum winnings that may be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable cash are subject to a cap specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings exceeding this cap are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request processing.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 60jl reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that result from a technical error or manifest pricing error.
7.2 Manifest Odds Errors. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably erroneous — including odds that do not reflect the actual probability of the event outcome due to a data feed failure or pricing system error — 60jl reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet, regardless of the eventual event outcome.
7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a scheduled sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the qualifying period, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' wallets, unless 60jl's specific sport or competition rules state otherwise. Players are advised to review sport-specific rules for major events prior to placing bets.
7.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted during an event and are subject to real-time odds changes. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, the odds at time of acceptance apply. 60jl is not responsible for delays between on-site odds display and actual market conditions resulting from data feed latency.
7.5 Prohibited Bet Types. Bets placed on events in which the player has a direct personal interest in the outcome, including but not limited to events in which the player is a participant, are strictly prohibited. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement are void and any associated winnings are forfeited.
7.6 Maximum Payout Limits. Sports betting winnings are subject to maximum payout limits that vary by sport, market, and competition. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be paid up to the maximum limit only.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 60jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

9.2 Funds During Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals from that account will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 60jl may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals processed.
9.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 60jl support via on-site live chat. Prior to closing an account, 60jl will process any withdrawable balance held in the account to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
9.4 Self-Exclusion. 12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 60jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from:

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 60jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that past outcomes do not predict future results, and that 60jl cannot guarantee that any individual player will win. You accept all financial risk associated with your use of the 60jl platform.
13.1 60jl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the 60jl website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. 15.4 Jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Sections 15.2 and 15.3.
